So I had the sketches in front of me..and this is what came out...lots of card. I am a "bulk card maker" per say, so when I use a piece of 12x12 patterned paper, if I have time, I use it as far as it will go. In this case, for 6 cards. These cards are the prepackaged white ones w/envies, but I decorated them. They are 5x6.5.
I made two frog ones that are just alike, and plan on putting something like "Have a 'Toad-ally' Awesome Birthday" or "Have an 'Un-FROG-ettable' Day" inside them, the the shape is pop-dotted so it is 3-d. I got the stamp last year when the company (*Mer can't remember the name now..) went out of business and sold grab bags of stamps cheap....same with the ladybug stamp.
I love the CRIMPER I just bought. I used it on some of the flowers and on the leaves. It gives a nice 3-D effect. I esp. love the leaves, how the background is patterned and crimped and the outline is not. So cool. Glad I bought it, and it is much faster than dragging out the cuttlebug/folders when you just want some fast dimension.
I used AUTO FILL on my E when I cut the scallops, flowers and other shapes, used what I wanted and then put the extras in ziploc baggies to save for later. I will be getting a plastic type shoe box for this purpose soon, and will cut file folder dividers from GRAPHICALLY SPEAKING (Cricut Cartridge).
I love black/white/red or pink combos, yesterday was a red combo. I esp. love the circle stamps that are pretty new to me. Needed grad cards and these worked nicely. THanks for looking! :) Love reading your comments!
